Eana is an exceptional wall relief that demonstrates Hanna Heino's technical innovation. This 2022 work consists of sandstone petals sewn into a metal frame (55x55x4cm), creating a fascinating interaction between ceramic and metal. The unique technique developed by the artist allows the ceramic elements to appear to float in space, creating changing shadow plays depending on the daylight. Each petal is hand-shaped and assembled with care, reflecting the meticulous attention to detail. This wall piece transforms any space into a captivating art installation, where the apparent fragility of ceramic contrasts with the solid structure of metal.
