Maison Myel operates an online store selling works of art, collectible furniture and design objects, presented on its own behalf or on behalf of partner artists and workshops. The conditions applicable to these sales are set out in the general terms and conditions of sale.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements making up the Site (texts, photographs, illustrations, videos, logos, trade marks, structure, databases, graphic charter) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Maison Myel, of the artists represented or of their rights holders. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Detailed provisions are set out in Article 13.3 of the general terms and conditions of sale.
The works reproduced on the Site are reproduced with the agreement of the artists or their representatives. Product images are not contractual.
6. PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

For any request relating to your data, write to info@maisonmyel.com or to the address of the registered office. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. REPORTING ILLEGAL CONTENT
In accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services, any content you consider to be illegal may be reported to info@maisonmyel.com, stating the URL concerned and the reasons for the report. Each report is examined and receives a reasoned response.
